Lets Begin The Assessment

Step 1 of 7
You’re already on your way — take this one step at a time.

Level 1 — Assessing Level of Awareness

This section helps you assess your current level of self-awareness — how clearly you see where you are in life, what’s working, what isn’t, and why you experience the results you do. Answer each question honestly based on your day-to-day reality, not your intentions. There are no right or wrong answers — this is about clarity, not perfection.

1. I have a clear understanding of where I am in life right now, emotionally, financially, and personally.

2. I know what truly matters to me and what I want my life to stand for.

3. I can clearly describe the main issues or patterns that keep me stuck.

4. When challenges arise, I can usually see what’s really causing them beneath the surface.

5. I regularly notice my own thoughts, emotions, and reactions before they spiral.

6. I can connect my current results to my consistent habits and decisions.

7. I often think about where my current choices will lead me 3–5 years from now.

8. I’m very aware of what it will cost me if I continue living the way I am now and I am happy with the cost.

9. I spend time being still, reflecting, or journaling to understand myself better.

10. I can recognise when I’m operating on autopilot and consciously bring myself back to the moment.

11. I notice repeating themes or lessons that keep showing up in my life.

12. I can link setbacks or successes to specific beliefs or behaviours of mine.

Level 2 — Life Reset (Energy, Load & Boundaries)

This section looks at how close you are to burnout, how overloaded your world feels, and how well you protect your energy. Answer based on how life actually runs right now, not how you wish it looked. Honest answers will show you exactly what’s driving your exhaustion and where your reset needs to start.

13. My mind feels crowded with too many thoughts, worries, or unfinished tasks.

14. My physical environment feels disorganised or chaotic, adding to my stress.

15. I often say yes to things that drain me because I don’t want to disappoint others.

16. I protect my time and energy by setting clear limits with people.

17. I make time for genuine rest, not scrolling, numbing, or multitasking.

18. I recognise when I’m running on empty and take action to recharge.

19. I regularly engage in habits that improve my wellbeing (exercise, nutrition, sleep).

20. I feel guilty taking time for myself, even when I know I need it.

21. I often start my day without a clear plan or sense of priorities.

22. I use simple systems or routines that help me stay on top of what matters.

23. I feel like life is happening to me rather than through me.

24. Even under pressure, I can find perspective and stay grounded.

Level 3 — Identity & Life Design

This section looks at how clearly you see your future self, the life you want, and whether the way you are living actually matches that vision. Answer based on how things truly are right now. The more honest you are, the easier it is to see what needs to shift, not everywhere, just where it counts.

25. I have a clear picture of what I want my life to look like in the next 3–5 years.

26. I am clear and confident about the person I want to become in the next 3–5 years.

27. I regularly reflect on where I’m heading and whether it still feels right.

37. I often second-guess myself after making big decisions.

Level 4 — The Elevation Masterplan

49. I know how to find help or information when I get stuck.

Level 5 — Execution & Self-Mastery

Level 6 — Life Elevation

This section measures how well you sustain growth once you’ve made progress. It looks at your mindset, evolving vision, sense of meaning, impact, adaptability, and whether your standards keep rising instead of quietly dropping back to comfortable.
